The winner of this will be getting their costume design in a major scene on Saturno themselves. So, here I go:

I based the overall look on the simple policeman uniforms seen in the comic. The view of the policemen killing the other demon is likely something to stick in the mind, leaving an impression. [link]

Yes, I realize this looks in no way like an actual police uniform. But for someone like Saturno, being unfamiliar with culture and what clothing means it's probably the closest they'd get. Imitating the overall colors on different parts of the body.

The darker blue "bulletproof vest" scavenged from a navy printed baggy Sweatshirt. There are 3 designs that could be on the shirt, but my favorite is the one with the hearts and fork. Sweatshirt sleeves are torn off and the lighter, brighter blues sleeves from another sweater have been torn off, and fastened on the arm with bits of string.

This, beyond making it look interesting, also give Saturno room to spread out wings from the shoulders, without ripping the outfit all to hell.

Pants are just long, baggy grey pants, torn around the ankles. In fact, so long and baggy that they would go around the feet and trip the demon. So the pants are secured around the ankles with a couple leather dog collars so no trippage happens. Otherwise, feet are left looking bare.

As for the head, I imagine Saturno would still want the luxury of keeping hidden. So a large hood on the sweatshirt can be pulled up. The scarf wrapped around the head can be pulled down over the mouth and nose to hide the demonic features, leaving only the very human eyes showing.

As for the gender, well. I like the idea of the gender being ambiguous. Leaves Mystery around the figure.
